• Having depth knowledge of all utilities in building management system.
• Capable to interact with senior executives of client on various issues relating maintenance/billing / recovery etc.
• Liaison with Govt./ Semi Govt./Public sector undertaking on matters for obtaining various types permission/permits.
• Inventory control.
• Labor Control.
• Must be conversant with all administrative jobs.
• Must be conversant with all statutory obligations in force form local government.
• Computer savvy.
