HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

House keeping Supervisor will supervise the cleaning of all office areas, furniture's and fixture's, glass partitions, toilets, etc. during his duty hours. He will physically inspect all offices and toilets in the building. Graduate/ Experienced, capable of handling all day-to-day activities relating to housekeeping in commercial buildings and conversant with: -

Cleaning techniques for window panes

Cleaning techniques for marble flooring.

Utilization of various chemicals with their appropriate applications

Knowledge of housekeeping implements

Cleaning materials used in housekeeping

Operational knowledge of Floor Scrubbers, Wet & Dry Vacuum cleaners

Labour deployment and control

Knowledge in administration

Capable to interact with client’s representatives on matters relating to housekeeping.

Knowledge of various international chemicals for cleaning of software’s.

Must know all the methods of cleaning of toilets, washbasins etc. etc.

Must be able to maintain discipline among housemen.
